All crystals shipped are 100% guaranteed to be K9 quality perfect for inner engraving with your UV laser.  If you have any questions about a crystal you received please let me know. 

The bottom line is I want you to be happy with your purchase and I will do what ever I can to ensure you will want to continue purchasing crystals from Focused Light.

I have tested these crystals and use them in my own crystal engraving business.
I use the Xtool F2 Ultra UV laser to inner engrave them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
